Sore back?
Hi guys :) I'm doing the sit up, squat and push up challenges. Now, I am not new to doing these exercises. But perhaps I'm not used to doing so many of them because today my lower back hurts. Is it supposed to? Anyone else have muscle soreness in their lower back?

Brown free run eggs
The other day my husband brought home brown free-run eggs (free-run meaning the chickens are not locked in cages all day long). I was pleased because I'm trying to eat more ethically where I can. I did notice that the eggs were not as yellow as my regular white eggs. Anyone know why? Is it that they were brown (I usually…

Almond milk and calcium
Sorry, just tired of the misinformation being thrown around. Please note that almond milk is NOT a good source of calcium unless the calcium is ADDED. Organic unsupplemented almond milk only has 2% of your daily requirements (v. milk at 30%). That is all. As you were.

Logging sodium added to cooked food?
I looked at my sodium in Reports and it was very low - that's when I realized that there's hidden salt in my homecooked meals that I haven't been logging. I'm big on cooking (except in the last week cause my husband was goe) and usually use at least a little salt in seasoning. Do you guys log these "hidden" salts?

Has MFP inspired you to try something new?
Have you tried any new foods after reading about it on here? I bought some greek yogurt today after having read about it. I usually buy balkan style and wanted to see if there's a difference. I haven't tasted it yet but from the label I can tell it has more protein!!

For those with gluten sensitivity
How did you get tested for it? My doctor won't bother to test for it, so I wonder if I can go to those holistic places that say they can test for it? I'd rather have it done by a doctor obviously but are those other places ok too or are they BS? Thanks!

Broke a plateau :)
So I had been sitting at 150.6 lbs for almost a week and could not get down to 150 to save my life. Then yesterday I actually had a real breakfast instead of just my coffee (sorry, I know that not eating breakfast is bad).. I had a 2 egg omelet with full fat feta and green peppers. In the evening I went over to my parents'…

Prepping breakfast the night before..
I want to have a nice egg breakfast but I am the WORST person in the mornings. Totally useless until I actually get on my way to work. How can I prep eggs the night before? Can I scramble them up, mix with cheese and leave them in the fridge like till the morning? Then I'd just dump it all in a pan. I know this sounds like…
