Hi everyone.
I have a public diary and record my exercise everyday. Last night I did weights for the first time in a long time. I expected to have some soreness today in my legs but I don't and it kind of has me upset lol I feel like I wasted that time since I don't feel it today. I can feel it in my arms and chest but not my lower body. Should I use heavier weights? The thing is, the leg exercises felt hard at the time but I could finish my reps just fine.
With my arm/chest weights, those were much harder for me and I used heavier weights (relative to the strength of the muscle in question) so I did the arm/chest exercises to exhaustion.
Should I use heavier weights for my legs/hips? I'm talking here about leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, adductors and abductors.
Thanks
