Fruits and Sugar/Carb intake
What are your thoughts on fruits and trying to balance out carb/sugar intake? Do you count the fruit in your macros? Personally I don't think fruits are the worst thing for you, and if you go over on carbs/sugars because of an apple, I don't think it's anything to worry about. But I was wondering what other people thought.
