TWO months of crossfit before/after photo

Me again! A lot of you wanted me to post more pics of my progress so here goes!

About me: 5'3", 24 years old, mostly sedentary life style (yay grad school).

Before: January 3, 2013. 140 lbs, 31% body fat.
Today: March 14, 2013. 134 lbs, ??% body fat (going to get that measured this weekend!)

Eating 95% clean, crossfitting 4 days/week, running a couple of miles 2-3 days/week. Eating tons of baked/grilled lean meats (chicken, salmon, tilapia, turkey), leafy greens and other veggies, cottage cheese, nonfat yogurt, and the other classics. I eat 6-7 times per day and am never hungry it seems!

Really encouraged with the progress so far :) Hope this gives some of you some motivation! I know these threads always motivate me.

Please no hating on crossfit! Take that talk somewhere else.
