1200 calories
Sooo i used 2 b guilty of this...???? (Ur askin of what???) Not eating at least 1200 cals, and fellow friends on mfp was making me accountable... Soo i took a chance 2 c what tha fuss was all about on these darn statements "eat more lose more"....so i started eating my goal calories for my age and my weight....AND GOD DARN…

Okay, so i really need 2 know what exercises can be done...to help me lose weight in my chest and arms... thats where i carry my weight as well!!! i dont want 2 keep runnin and doin cardio... 2 hve small legs and my chest area is stayin tha same... Any advice is greatly appeciated!!!!

Helllpp not eating 1200 cals
Im not eating 1200 cals by tha end of tha day... i exercise twice a day...which is causing me 2 lose every time.... i need some helpful advice on wat 2 do... I hve lost 3 pounds in 1 week... and im scared my body might b in starvation mode....HEEELLLPPP im refusing 2 stuff myself... it doesnt make any sense....:sad:

Now that i am on this wieght loss journey......... im sweating all tha time...and i do mean all tha time.... even wen its not that hot... or jus running daily errands. Is this just a normal reaction to me dieting? Does anybody else experience this?

im new to this program...and im learning as i go..but i hve NOT been eating my exercise calories, i bearly can finish my daily calories... I need help.. is it that important to eat those calories and why? im just not hungry after i been to the gym and ate dinner and snack.. Also should the exercise calories be junk food?…
