I am -89 on sugar in my food diary.. Is this bad? Or will this affect my wieght loss efforts?

    Do you mean that you are -over- your sugar limit by 89?

    I would be very mindful of your sugar intake since you are trying to loose weight. Excess sugar can be turned into fat. Sugar was also the main culprit for my GERD and joint inflammation.
