5:2 Diet, do exercise calories count on 500 days?
I'm trying this method, Doing 500-550 2 days then I have 1850-1900 on non-"fasting" days. (Should I do 2000 as recommended or not?) For example if I go on the treadmill for 1 hour walking for 60 minutes and burn 250 calories or if I do biking 20 treadmill 20 and burn 250 total, which is better or does it matter?

Can a Plateau literally last forever?
OK I plateaued since APRIL 14, losing/gaining same 1 lb with travel, TOM, water gain whatever. This is ridiculous. I find I sweat more now than before..why?
I started my fitness program mid-jan and I used not to sweat so much, little by little through the months I find I sweat more and more, but when I started sweating more, is when I plateaued at 22 lbs lost 2 months ago. Was 20 lb in 2.5 months too high of a goal??
I started MFP and fitness program around the 20th of Jan, and set a goal to have 20-21 lbs gone by March 30, when I'm going on a beach vacation. I am down 16 lbs but just a little bit disappointed because I don't see myself losing 4 more lbs in 8 days unless I do some crazy extreme diet.
