When doing Cardio what's more important, time or calories?

For example if I go on the treadmill for 1 hour walking for 60 minutes and burn 250 calories or if I do biking 20 treadmill 20 and burn 250 total, which is better or does it matter?

Depends on your objectives, but if it's simple calorie expenditure then go for the one that takes less time.
The combination of time and intensities do have different effects on your fitness so once you're in the realms of higher intensities then there is a bit difference between different types of session.0
