The rules of vegan clean eating
Okay I want to start eating clean but I dont really know what I can and can't have can i have rice? brown rice? what about pasta? sugar? flour? and which types but yeah so on, if anyone could tell me what is classed clean and unclean that would be great!

im pretty sick of toast and oatmeal fruit and smoothies just dont fill me up has anyone got any other ideas for a quick breakfast thats not too calorific and is filling?

The price of fitness
So the other day i sat down and worked out how much im actually spending on fitness related things a month and it is terrible! why am i burning so little?
Whenever I go to the gym i'll normally do 30-40 minutes cardio and about 20 minutes weight training but i only ever burn a max of 400 calories according to my HRM. And after that I am DEAD! Is this normal? everyone else always seems to be burning like 1000 calories a day

how to count swimming
I go swimming on quite a regular basis however im not very good normally i'll do about 50 laps breast stroke in 50 minutes when it comes to logging it I get pretty lost, logging it as breast stroke gived me 460 calories per 50 minutes and seeing as I go pretty slow I dont think i would have burnt that much then logging it…

i have a beurer 25, and on the website it says its water proof but im not sure if it'll be okay with swimming and will a chest strap look weird under my swimming costume opinions?

is my hrm broken?
today i exercised for 40 minutes at the gym and it said that i burnt 200 calories then by the time i walked home (10 minutes) i burnt an extra 100!! does anyone elses have a huge burn after the finish exercising?

i find that when i run my chest strap from my hrm always slip down and its such a pain anyone else have a problem with this? what have you done to make it stay on?

4 month plateau (ish)
I seem to not have been able to get bellow a certain weight. I've been up a little but then come down but I just keep sticking at the same place. On the exact 0.1 of an lb Ive tried eating more/eating less/exercising/not exercising/drinking more nothing seems to shift it!! any suggestions mfp?
