I think I have over thought this too much, plus numbers send me in a tizzy. I sometimes eat the Orville Reddenbacher Natural popcorn. The box says that 1 cup popped is 30 calories. Here's today's concern....LOL I am allowed 1250 calories pre exercise to lose 1.5 lbs. a week. I work out 5-6 days a week, so I earn about 600-800 extra calories which I have been eating.
