My name is Michelle, I'm 36 i started this Feb 20. I work out 5-6 days a week both cardio and weights. I have 2 kids and try to eat healthy, whole grains, fruit veggies. Sometime i go astray and eat choc. cake, doritos and Mickey Dees, all my favorites. i thought i'd post here to start b4 i post somewhere else b/c since i started this i've actually have gained weight. My typing is awful ,please forgive me. i enjoy easy low cal recipes, fitness tips, etc
