Beano????

I bnought some Beano tonite b/c I have upped my green leafy veggies and fiber and, well no nice way to say this, I have had the worst gas EVER! I've never used Beano, does it work??? Anything else that works to fix this embarrassing problem?:blushing:

    I've had the same problem for the same reason--you'll have to report back and let us know if it works for you... :smile:

    I know with beans, if you soak them most the day in water then throw out the water, *DO NOT" cook with the water, it will remove the main chemical on the bean that produces gas. Not sure if that would work on greens...

    freezing before you soak is supposed to help too.

    Gas X works for me on my Italian Sausage and 2 Bean soup nights!
