Which should I focus more on?..
I have about 45-55 lbs to lose until I am at where I should be. I have noticed that I am trying to keep everything in line from my sodium levels under 2300 and all my macros. So my question is should I focus more on my calorie goal or the macros? Should I alter my macros or keep what MFP recommends?

Help with changing my Macro %s
So I have been having some trouble losing here lately and I feel like maybe it might be due to the fact that my carb % is higher than it should be. Scooby's workshop calculator said that I should have 45% protein, 35% carbs, and 30% fat. Is there a way that I can manually go in and change my macros to be set that way?

Rotisserie Chicken..
I was looking up the nutrition for rotisserie chicken and I noticed that it is loaded with sodium! If You do not eat the skin (only eat the white meat) does that lower the amount of sodium? I am trying to watch my sodium intake and keep my levels below 2000 which is getting to be difficult.

So I am having all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth cut out on the 14th of this month. I was hoping I could get some ideas of foods to eat. I definitely want to eat enough calories during the days that I will need to have caution with eating and drinking. What are some foods that you recommend?
