TDEE and Exercise Calories

Ok, So I went to the Scooby's workshop calculator and plugged in my stats and for my TDEE I got 2395.. for my BMR I got 1742.. and for my 20% reduction I got 1916. I have a few questions regarding all of this. First off, can I go for 25% reduction of TDEE? Also, do I eat back exercise calories? I have been walking briskly pretty much every evening for an hour. I am starting 30 day shred in the a.m. along with the brisk walks/ jogs in the evening. I just do not want to eat too many calories a day, but I don't want to under-eat either.

If you included the exercise when you figured your TDEE you do not eat exercise calories back. If you figured your TDEE as sedentary you could probably add them in.0

Your TDEE should include your exercise calories ....therefore you do not eat them back (already accounted for). If you want to see a record in MFP you can log exercise & then over ride the calorie burns to 1.
TDEE less 25% would be for lots of weight to lose ..... TDEE less 5% would be for those close to goal. The purpose is losing at a moderate rate helps you retail lean muscle.
You eat calories back with MFP because they give zero credit for exercise.....until you log it.0
