Month One Progress!

So I today was my month one mark to take my measurements. I have been feeling like I have lost some inches because the way my clothes are fitting now. I just recently started the 30 day shred 5 days ago, but majority of the month I would do brisk walking for 1-2 hours 5-6 days a week. So here are my starting measurements and my measurements from today (I am no where near where I want to be so please don't be too harsh ) :

Starting:

Chest- 41
Waist- 35.5
Hips- 49.5
Upper thigh- 29.5
Lower thigh-20
Arm(largest part)-14.5

Today:

Chest- 39
Waist- 33
Hips- 47
Upper thigh- 27.5
Lower thigh-18.5
Arm(largest part)-14

Total lost= 11 inches

I am hoping that I will reach my goal in a decent time. I have decided to try and pay more attention to my measurements over the scale. Goal measurements for now are 38-29-40. Hopefully by the New Year I will be at my goal :)
