Sweets craving!!!!!HELP
For some reason lately i just have to have something sweet with my lunch and dinner and it usually ends up being some type of cookie or pastry and I know that's not good, so with that being said I'm looking for suggestions on healthy snacks!

Trying to break a PLATEAU!!!!
I've been stuck at the same weight for the last few weeks and I think its because my body has gotten use to my eating habits and/or exercise routine. I workout (45 minutes elliptical/treadmill or walk 2 miles at the park) at least 4 days a week. Looking for suggestions.........HELP!!

Cardio vs Strength Training
Just trying to get an idea of how often to do strength training. I"ve only been doing cardio since I started working out (elliptical, treadmill, stationary bicycling and walking). I started strength training on yesterday and wanted to know what is best, should I do both in a workout or should I alternate days???:happy:

Low fat diet Idea......please help!!!!
Hi everyone, just looking for tips on low fat foods. I've been doing very good with staying at or below my allowed calories but when it comes to fat i almost always go over. I've lost 14lbs so far and still have a long way to go and i strongly believe that I could lose more if I could stay away from the more fatty foods!!

Where do people usually notice weight loss??
:smooched: I have recently lost 11 lbs and in some ways i can see it but at times i don't. I've had a couple of people to say tnat they have noticed it and not that i'm not happy with it, but I just want to know if there is any particular part of the body more noticeable than the rest when losing weight?????
