Calories burnt
I used to pretty much accept the mfp calorie burn numbers, but not anymore, I need to sort this out. I'm confused, I'm on 800 calories a day, I usually eat more because I walk and count steps, 10,000 steps =500 cal eat back half. Today I went for a run, 6 miles in 60 minutes mfp says 945 calories, surely this can't be right ?

Feeling rough experienced LCHF
I have followed LCHF off and on for quite sometime, since new year I've had issues at home meaning food and planning has been all over the place. MFP got calories burn't correct
Each time I exercise I manually enter my calories burn't from my Garmin, recently I have noticed that mfp & my Garmin are getting closer, today mfp got it right. So whats going on ? is mfp learning from my manual inputs or have they generally altered their cal's burnt.

Can't be bothered to log
Logging works for me, because if I'm not losing I can see why, but when I am losing I just can't be bothered to log. Does everyone feel like this ? How do you talk yourself back into logging ?

Eating back exercise calories
Do you need to eat back the calories ? What happens if you don't ? After exercise I take a protein shake and then an hour later have 100/200 calories of fish I burn between 500 & 1000 calories in a session
