Looking for a good SUP app for iPhone X, also use Fitbit Ionic that will at least sync with MFP?

No steps
Fitbit Ionic; Yesterday was the first time I did not get any step credit for walking. I got 10,291 steps on fit bit; exercise was: Pilates for 50 min = 237 cal adjust; and 2 mi walk for 5,081 steps = 287 cal adjustment but no adjust for remainder of steps. Whaaaat? What do I need to fix?

Calories empty or full
Just read the article on calories in vs exercise or diet or both. Which prompted me to me to think if you eat 1200 calories and the majority are empty (as in rice cakes and alcohol) can you still loose weight ?

Fitbit Surge jogging in place

So I am about to lose my 503 day logging streak. I will not pay the cruise line their extraordinary Internet or ATT their international data fee, so how am I to log my food if it can't sync to the Internet? Not that I want to log my food while I'm on a cruise to the Bahamians

Calories burned from fit bit
Yesterday I walked 9,376 steps , went to dinner and calories burned was something like 335. By the time I went to bed I walked a little over 11,000 steps and this morning the calories burned says something like 276? How did I lose calories?

Medical supplements
Ive started using Arbonne supplement and noticed their fiber supplement is 60 calories per scoop + i have calcium chews and vit D gummies that all add up to about 200 calories. Do our bodies count these as regular calories? I might have to start choking down the pills instead Any thoughts?

Step calories and exercise calories
I logged 12,375 steps for 456 calories. Of those 12,375 were running a 5k for 572 calories. I entered my 5k on the new feed. So did I just double my calorie burn by accident or did Fitbit already count my 5k calorie burn?
