which are more effective, do you think? for fat loss, conditioning, strength? at the moment, I workout with kettlebells 3-4x a week, each workout lasting 40mins but am considering doing shorter, more intensive 20 min workouts 6x a week, with one rest day what would you recommend?

please look at my diary for today
and tell me what you would add to make up the calories? I intend on eating similar to this daily, shaking it up here and there, but I don't know what else to add to make up the calories. I train with kettlebells 4x a week too, so on those days, should I have a protein shake? what would you add/omit to todays food diary?

I'm addicted to TGU's recently. m pretty new to them and do them using a 12 kg bell and ohmyword, do I sweat and curse through them! Can't wait to move up in weight but I'm not stable enough on my feet yet. What's your favourite kettlebell exercise?

How long is too long for a workout
With kettlebells? I train 40-45 mins 4x a week. Mon, tues, thurs and sat. My heart rate hovers between 70-90% of my max throughout,and is pretty high during short rest periods too. That's not going overboard is it?

Do you wear gloves while k'belling?
I've just stopped wearing them after 3years lol but man, the high rep snatches are killing my hands! Chalk is not an option as I workout at home so can do without chalk powder everywhere!

Breast feeding calories
How many am I allowed? I breast feed my 14 month old 6x in a 24 hour period so I'm not exclusively breast feeding as she also has solids. The database only seems to take into account exclusively nursing mothers. Please help!

a question about sodium...
im allowed 2500g of sodium daily but am always well under that amount. Today, for examole, I think I only hit 200 or so units which brings me quite alot under actually. This is a regular occurance. Anyone else consume alot less than their recommendation and is it somwthing i should be worried about?
