...and let me know if I'm eating enough? I think I've been underestimating how many cals I am allowed so have just changed it now by adding 300 as I'm breast feeding my 14 month old who also eats foods. Also, I do 40 min intensive kettlebell training 4x a week also, if that helps.
I weigh in tomorrow so will know if I've lost anything then.
Thanks!
Oh, any advice or tips on my nutrition would be more than welcome! Please tell me if my diary is not public...I'm kinda a newbie and technophobe

No, most days you don't seem to be eating enough--at least half the time you're netting under 1200 (yesterday only 900). But even on days when your calories are pretty close to goal, like Monday, you're well under your protein goal. I would think that especially since you're breastfeeding, you would want to get closer to hitting that. Try adding in more meat, dairy, nuts, eggs to up your protein and get closer to your calorie goal.
Best of luck!0 -
It's hard to tell from the info you've given what your calories should be. But if you go to this website, it has a calculator for nursing moms for calories. It factors in age, current weight (assumes you want to lose), height, & exercise levels. Also has some good info on calorie intake while nursing. The most important thing you can do while you're nursing is to eat healthy, stay well hydrated, & if it looks like you're losing your milk, then up the calories about 300 again. You can always lose weight faster once you're done nursing, in the meantime, slow & steady, but not at the expense of your milk. Hope this helps.

Seems pretty balanced apart from the biscuits. Skip them on weekdays and save them for the end of the week, in a small quantity.
Also instant oatmeal isnt doing you any favours, switch to rolled oats.0
