Arm fat
I feel like I have gained arm fat... granted I am not working out currently because I am just starting to up my caloric intake, so they have not seen much action. My weight has stayed the same or gone done a little but I feel my arms are much more flabbier. Is this possible? Am I eating things that attribute to this?

Carbs
What would you recommend for my carb intake when I am 144 lbs, 5'4" ? It's currently set to around 184. I am not sure if that is too high or low. I look at other people's diaries and their carbs are so much higher! All of mine seem to be on the low end.

What do you do when you want fast food?
Like burger king, wendys, etc. Sometimes, I just want some friggen french fries and a burger! But then I look up the nutritional information on their website and it usually deters me, but I still want them. Do you guys let yourself eat fast food once in a while? Does it hinder your progress?

If everyday were like today, you'd weigh.....
Thursday my diary said I'd weigh 141 in 5 weeks. Today it said I'd weigh 144.5 in 5 weeks. My intake numbers are pretty much the same for both of those days. So does that mean I ate like crap today since it's telling me I'd weigh more than the other day? What gives?

Foods with carbs and calories, no sodium?
I am only at half my intake for today since I exercised. I am pretty much at my limit for sodium, but still have a lot to go for calories, and perhaps carbs. Any ideas on what to eat that may be low sodium and carb and calorie filled? :P No sugar.. do you count fruit as sugar?

Struggling to eat more on workout days
I entered in my food for today, and I earned about 300 calories from working out for an hour today, give or take. With more of a calorie deficit now, this leaves me with 700 calories left for the evening. What am I supposed to do?!? This happens when I work out.
