Do I eat too much dairy? Also, plateau..

I seem to eat kashi cereal and fat free milk every morning, and an egg seems to always make its way into my diet, as well as a slice of swiss cheese and yogurt. Is this too much dairy? I am not really creative or imaginative when it comes to this...
Granted, I eat a lot of fruit as well, and usually only lean meat at dinner. Vegetables, well... I try to get those in. I just go through periods where I really just don't want any!!!
Also, I am on my 7th day of working out and I seem to still be at a plateau. I have just recently upped my calories to 1600 on days that I work out, and about 1200-1400 on off days. I work off about 260-360 at the gym. Some days I fail to get enough water in me. Its hard.

Seems fine to me as long as you're within your calorie limits. As far as plateau - one week of no weight loss is not a plateau. Keep doing what you are doing - it's fine!0

I have been at 147.8 for about three weeks now. But I just recently upped my calories.0
