My boyfriend comes and visits me on the weekends. He eats a lot of junk. Well today I ate 5 piece nugget and medium fry at Wendys. Tonight he ordered pizza, wings and cheese filled breadsticks.... I had almost one whole breadstick, one wing, and 3/4 a slice of white spinach bacon pizza!!!!!!!!!!! =(

I have NOT reached 1200 calories for about a month now, so I'm curious if eating like crap today will set me back... I figured I could eat Wendys because I needed more calories even if for one day, but I told myself NO to the pizza, wing and breadstick. But I gave in. But only one of each pretty much.

Also, I've avoided alcohol for at least a month now. I gave in to alcohol last night since my room mates had a lot of people over. It was a nice time but I regret drinking 3 drinks of non-diet soda and vodka. I feel FAT and DISGUSTING! I feel like college life sabotages me =(
