I am only at half my intake for today since I exercised. I am pretty much at my limit for sodium, but still have a lot to go for calories, and perhaps carbs. Any ideas on what to eat that may be low sodium and carb and calorie filled? :P No sugar.. do you count fruit as sugar?

I wouldn't worry about the sugar in fruit, especially if you pair it with something else that digests slowly (protein or even complex carb).

Some good choices: fruits, veggies (a little dip might be good too if it doesn't have a lot of sodium). Oatmeal or cracked wheat. Whole grain bread or rice. Potato (either white or sweet/yam). Again, add a protein for some more calories and to reduce impact on your blood sugar (if you worry about that, some people don't)

But I think that, coming from a natural source, it's easier for the body to deal with. I always knew celery was a good substitute for salt when cooking! (I could be wrong about sodium like this)

agree'd!! i think its a bit different to sodium loaded processed foods. Thats why i dont concern my self with sodium in healthy whole foods. I dont eat hardly anything that comes out of a packet!
dont give up the celery :)
