Dropping Calories to see Change?
Hello! I've been hanging at the same weight for weeks, despite real serious gym efforst and fairly 'clean' eating. I dropped calories significantly today (1750ish to 1450 ish) and I'm wondering if anyone else has done something like this to really shock the system. Thoughts? Thanks! Jenc555

How do you post customized exercise?
For example, I can easily enter 'walk 4.0' etc. But I'm seeing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I'm not sure where people are getting data or entering info? Can anyone assist? Thanks!

over-inflated calories from exercise?
It seems as if the calorie counts for exercise are really high. I'm actually logging less time than I actually do b/c I think it gives me too much wiggle room. What do you think about it?

Setting Mini Goals, how do you guage?
It occurred to me the other day to set mini goals with mini rewards. I can't have this be all about the scale, b/c I weigh myself once a week and care more about clothing that fits/measurements, etc. So how do you do your goal setting? I meant gauge.

4 lbs, baby! Not going to be obsessed with the scale, and will care more in the long range, about inches. But a four pound loss doesn't suck!
