SO many TDEE Calculators. which one to use?
I went on the internet and put my stats in no less than 12 TDEE Calculators. All were different and one had my TDEE at 1260. I guess taking 20% off that number wouldn't work well for me. Others had my TDEE at 2200. What a wide range! anyone have a TDEE calculator that you trust?
