help with calorie goal

Im trying to follow all the calculators but I think I am getting myself more confused. can someone help me?

45 yrs old F
5 feet 0
current wt: 128
goal wt: 115
desk job 5 days a week but
hard core workouts 6 x a week for 75 minutes

    Use military calculator and move on to calorie calculator and print summary off.
    Change settings on MFP an doff you go..... Good luck.
