starting over on the nutrition part

ok, I have gotten lax in my nutrition portion of my "Lifestyle change" I rationalized it in my mind by saying "oh I work out 90 plus minutes a day so I can eat what I want", yeah, um...that didn't work out so much.

so today I am recommitting to the NUTRITION portion of this lifestyle. I got the exercise down clearly but not it time to go all out, balls to the wall, gung ho, full steam ahead.

whats really behind this is I have a family reunion on 4th of July and I have a cousin who constantly tells me how much she weighs and how fit and thin she is. so I am doing whatever I have to do to knock her off her horse in just over a month.

is my motive a little petty...YUP but its still a motive right.

im only 5 feet tall and 45 yrs old but I am aiming for 1400-1500 calories a day due to the amount of exercise I do. I know 1200 seems more suited for someone my height but Im just weak at that level.
