eating after dinner--help!
snacking after dinner is getting me into trouble...i'm thinking about going on a "no after dinner snacks" kick for at least a week to get back on track. i've been eating great during the day and seem to rack up the calories AFTER dinner..what do you all think about this? any advice from former snackers?

this has been bothering me for a while...
do you ever go to the gym and see that person working on the ellipitcal but they're not moving their whole body, they're only moving their legs? like their entire torso is just still! thats what the BIKE is for, right?! is it just me, or do you move your whole body when you use the elliptical?

Your thoughts on re-evaluation of goal weight

eating at amusement parks
