I have an awkward question? Girlie question!
So , I am 18. I try to be pretty active. I workout at curves at least 4 times a week, if not more... and I do random intervals at home. Basically it's more like i can not sit still because I feel like I am being unproductive if I don't workout. I weigh 111lbs, and I am 5'4. So I am at the low end of a healthy BMI. But, the…

Hello! I am 18. :D I have reached my goal weight of 112lbs, well I am not 111lbs. Now I want to focus more on toning and building muscle. I am mostly muscle as it is, and my BMI is 20.0 so I am in a healthy range. I started off being close to 200lbs so I am pretty pumped to be at this point now! Though, my journey has been…

TDEE help?
Okay so I workout for an hour 5-6 times a week with the other two being rest days. Now that i am on board with muscle building, I need a little explaining with this. So I calculated my BMR which was 1212. Which seems reasonable, I did this with my LBM % and what not. Plus my height of 5'4 and my weight of 110.6 lbs. So…

People who eat 1700+ Calories.... muscle toning advice?
So I am at the point in my journey where I want to build up my muscle mass. I am mostly muscle as it is, but again with the 'weight loss' i lost muscle. I workout 5 days a week at curves, not that curves works... but it helps me get moving. I love to workout , don't get me wrong but curves is like the only option right now…

1700 calories... WHAT!?
Okay, don't get me wrong... I do understand why you need calories. But this is like, based on not being active I believe. I do workout like at least 5 times a week, but this week I've only come close to about 3 times for 30 minutes. During my weight loss (I started at 200lbs and am now at 112lbs) I've made some stupid food…

Carb cycling?
Okay so... I have ab muscles that I can feel so perfectly under my layer of extra skin. They are strong, and I've heard that doing carb cycling can help reduce the skin layer while promoting healthy muscle gain. I was wondering if anyone else has or is doing carb cycling and what are your thoughts on the process?
