Carb cycling question!!!?

Okay I want to start carb cycling to like kill off the layer of belly fat over my abs. Should I watch like my sugar during this? Because naturally I normally dont watch my sugar because I am a fruit lover and I naturally eat lots of fruit. I wouldn't eat fruit on my no carb day, or at least nothing over 50g. But I was just wondering?
And does anyone have experience with cycling carbs...?

I am doing Turbo Carb Cycle by Chris Powell. You can eat fruit on LC and HC days. in LC you only eat it for breakfast, one serving only, about 1 cup, or one apple. in HC days, try to eat it for breakfast and morning snack more than lunch and dinner. I would cut refined sugar completely.0
