holiday weight
i have recently got back from a 2 week holiday to greece and the day i returned i had gained 10lb but i assumed most of that would be water weight.. however it just doesn't seem to be budging, despite the fact i have started the gym again and have been eating as i would when normally losing weight. has anybody got any help…

too much protein?
i always seem to go over on my protein, i always ignored this as i thought it wasn't a bad thing but should i keep to the 56g that mfp recommends or is it okay to be over? i am 137lb 5 ft 6 19yrs old

not losing weight
since i started back at uni i have not been losing weight as i normally do, when i do lose anything it comes off so slowly. the only change i have made is that i have stopped going to the gym, however i do walk over 2 miles a day now, with some of that being up a very steep hill (so out of breath!) i still eat between…

sweet tooth
recently i keep craving sweet foods particularly chocolate, which is unusual for me as i don't have much of a sweet tooth! any ideas how to stop this or any healthy alternatives? thanks

not losing weight
I don't know why i'm not losing weight, i'm totally committed to going to the gym and i eat sensibly but its really getting me down. Weather it was healthy or not the last time i lost a good amount of weight was when i was eating 400 cals average, and its really hard to not slip back to that as i am not seeing results now.…

benefit of excersise

sugar levels
I eat quite sensibly and try to keep to 1200 calories (i have recently increased this) however every single day i completely exceed my sugar allowance? anybody else have this problem and any advice?
