i have recently got back from a 2 week holiday to greece and the day i returned i had gained 10lb but i assumed most of that would be water weight..
however it just doesn't seem to be budging, despite the fact i have started the gym again and have been eating as i would when normally losing weight.
has anybody got any help or answers?

If it helps my experience was gaining 9lbs in 8 days holiday - but as far as I could tell only 1lb was fat.
This rest was just temporary bloating which went over the course of a week eating at a small deficit and back in my normal routine.

10lb of fat gain would require an epic amount of over-eating in two weeks!

how long has it been since you got back? stick to your normal routine for 3-4 weeks, it'll come off.

You have lost 39lbs so far :flowerforyou: so what you were doing before your holiday clearly works, be patient and just watch for sodium.
It might be an idea to track sodium for a while at least and watch for other causes of water retention/bloating (alcohol is one of mine).
