can i eat brown bread while trying to eat healthily and lose weight? i always hear such negative things about eating bread i was wondering if this was just white bread. thanks

Are you allergic to it? If not, then log the calories. I personally avoid it, but it makes me bloated (more bloated).0

I eat brown bread when I want bread. I don't go for white bread because I know that makes my tummy feel horrible but if it fits in with your calorie goal - go for it.0
