Hi All, Sorry I haven't been on, I have been away. I have gain some weight putting me at 17st 12lbs. My goal is 2lbs this week.

Hi All, I lost 1lb this week, bring me to 17st 10lbs, not quite my target but a good start after the last couple of weeks. My goal this week is 2 lbs, 17st 8lbs. How about you?

19th August weigh in
Hi All, Unfortunately I put some weight on this week, so I now weigh 17st 11lbs :( but it was to be expected had a week of eating out. My goal for next week is to lose 2 lbs. How did everyone else do?

Hi All, Everyone did really well at last week's weigh in. I lost 1lb this week making me 17st 7lbs, I was aiming for a 2lb weight loss, but it is still a loss.
