Today I start level 2 of the 30 day shred. I have been logging it under circuit training for 20 min. I have seen some that log it for 25 min.. so......which would be better 20 or 25 min? Opinions please!

mowing the yard counts as burnt caloires?
So......I spent over 2 hours mowing my hard today. I found on MFP that it can count as cardio exercise...... Should I count it? Or just leave it out? It calculates about 171 calories for 60 min.... Whats your opinion? Count or leave out? oh.....and it was a riding mower!
