You should be able to put in the information requested, and come out with what your BMI is. Good luck.0

You need body fat calipers or an electronic body fat monitor. You can buy one for around $20. I love mine because it is much more motivating to me - if you do any strength training (which we all should be ladies!!!) you're adding muscle along with losing fat. So while it can be disappointing to see the bathroom scale remain fairly steady, the body fat monitor can show you how many pounds of fat you're shedding. Completely worth the investment!0

Best way is doing one of the 'gold standard' measures- just search and you'll find them.
Alternatively, get a scale that measures body fat in addition to weight. Less accurate but it's the trend you are looking at, at least until you get close to your goal.
If you don't have a scale, but have a tape measure handy, try this link: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/
There are 3 different calculators that use measurements. Again, less accurate but it'll give you a ballpark figure to start with.0 -
I use the accumeasure calipers. This site explains how to use it and find your percentage. Good luck! I love it!

^go to this link, scroll down to the bottom. You need to input your Height, Weight, Sex, as well as Waist, Neck and Hip measurements. Keep on mind though, it gives you an approximation only:) But I have a scale that measures body fat, and this calculator is usually accurate to within 1 or 2 % !0 -
The online body fat calculators are not accurate at all. According to them, I am obese. Wish I could find a way to figure out body fat too. I have callipers but don't necessarily trust my measurements or know if I'm doing it exactly right. I think if you have much muscle, the online calculators are way off.0
