Today I start level 2 of the 30 day shred.
I have been logging it under circuit training for 20 min.
I have seen some that log it for 25 min..
so......which would be better 20 or 25 min?
Opinions please!

I use a heart rate monitor. I turn on the timer when I start my first warmup move, I turn off the timer when I am done with the quad stretch. This was 27 minutes for me every time. Every level. I worked those entire 27 mins, so that is the amount I logged.

i wear a heart rate monitor. I count the warm up and the cool down. I total 26 minutes. Usually around 150 calories burned. BTW I am 5'8" 167lb.

I log for 25 minutes becaus I include my warm up and cool down. The warm up includes some cardio, so my heart rate is working its way up. The only reason I include the cool down is so I had a nice even number! LOL (25 isn't even...but it's divisible by 5....yeah that's how my brain works lol)

    its 3 6 minute circuits. (3 strength, 2 cardio, 1 abs) thats 18, I add the warmup/cooldown so i use 20

plus I'd rather underestimate by a few minutes than over estimate
