log it as cooked. You're not eating the dry.

You measure out 1/4 a cup, cook it and whatever that comes to is your serving.

The nutrition facts are for dry. Cook 1/4, whatever that equals when cooked is 90 cals

1/4 cup cooked has a lot less calories than 1/4 raw. Cooked, it has a lot more volume because it soaks up water.

If you want to know and be accurate, cook 1/4 raw and see what it turns into, I would guess it almost doubles in size. If that is true, 1/4 raw = 1/2 cooked = 90 calories (considering you cooked it in water)

1/2 cup cooked beans = 90 calories (as long as water was your cooking liquid).
