I did it!!! I finially reached my goal weight and have a NORMAL BMI. I am so pumped aaaaaaaaaand i'm heading to the beach next week. Perfect timing!!!! Will post pics this weekend! THANK YOU MFP!!!!!

help with strength training
I have a question about strength training. I live in really small town that doesn't have a gym. I keep reading over and over again the benefits of strength training. What type of strength training exercises can I do at home? Any recomendations of a video to try?

take that plateau!
so i've been hovering just above 165 for a few weeks. and low and behold i stepped on the scale today.
