I have a question about strength training. I live in really small town that doesn't have a gym. I keep reading over and over again the benefits of strength training. What type of strength training exercises can I do at home? Any recomendations of a video to try?

I make a distinction between strength training and weight lifting. Strength training, you can do at home with hand weights. Weight lifting requires more of an investment. I love Bob Harper's Pure Burn, Super Strength for strength training (it's a *tough* workout).0 -
