Need help staying motivated~~~

Hi! I'm new and need help staying motivated! I've used my fitness pal in the past (for a short time) with pretty good results. I recently found out my cholesterol is high and was hit with the reality that I need to watch what I eat. My goals are exercise more, lose a little weight, and limit fat and cholesterol intake. I'm also planning on trying to get pregnant within the next month. I know i will have to increase my calorie intake at that time, but I want to continue to exercise and limit fat intake.
