i have the same problem! i try not to go over sugar, but i usually do. i not to worry about it too much when its from fruit. But sugar is in EVERYTHING! i just cut it out where i can. im glad you posted this question. i'm interested to see what other people are doing to stay within the range on sugar.

i just finished level 1 and am going to start level 2 tomorrow. i really like it and the workouts only take about 20 mins. i use on the days i have work and other days i usually walk or do a longer workout. it will end up taking me more than 30 days to complete, but that's fine with me.

i definitely have the same problem areas....esp those darn love handles!! i dont have any specfic suggestions, but you probably need to increase your strength training. workout videos that target those areas are a good option. biggest loser makes some good ones that will kick your butt...and thighs....and abs....and…
