first NSV (acutally two)!!!!

first TWO nsv's this morning!!!!

1. I walked up the biggest hill in town this morning (yes, I actually got up early, on my day off, and walked!!) and it was a breeze!!! No burning thighs, not winded!!!! Cruised right up that beast like it was flat ground!!!

2. A pair of pants that fit on the snug side a few weeks ago are now loose!! I had to put on a belt on to keep them from sagging!!!!

    Great job! Sometimes I think NSV are better then the scale ones!
