I started my first day on Bistro MD. I don't know if it was because I just had coffee or wasn't really hungry, but I super full from breakfast. Has anyone used Bistro MD? If so, your opinions?

7.5 lbs. gained in 2 weeks????
Hi, I weigh myself on Fridays...last Friday I had gained FOUR pounds from the previous week, this week I've gained another 3.5 pounds. Now granted I have not been eating that great, but 7.5 pounds in a week? Has anyone ever experienced this? Could my scale be off? Water weight? I am so upset with this. Thanks

Cheese...Glorious...Cheese
Hi fellow MFP pals! I wanted to drop a quick note on cheese. I have to say that Cabot Reduced Fat Cheese either 50% or 75% RF is very good cheese. It melts and tastes delicious! I have only found it in 8 oz blocks at both HEB and Kroger (Houston area). Benefits far outweigh it's price!

Gaining Weight - Very Depressed

Going over Carbs
Even tho I am still losing weight, I keep going over my carbs and it's depressing. I recently lowered my daily requirements so naturally my carb allotment goes down. Does anyone else have this problem? What are your solutions? :frown:

Weight Scale Differences
My weights Same Dr.'s Scale: Dec 10 230 Mar 15 220 I was stunned! Another Dr.'s Scale: Apr 05 213 - but I saw 218 I think (I should have reweighed myself That's a 7# difference in less than a month. I came home and weighed on my scale and it was 220? I'm so confused!

The Breakfast Issue
I normally go to bed anywhere from 1a-3a and usually wake up around 11a. Therefore, I'm not eating breakfast. I do wake up and take my Bio Slim shake and then eat about 15 minutes later and I eat like I should the rest of the day. Is this going to be a problem for my weight loss?

Hi there, I have an allotted 64 grams of sugar based on the calculator on MFP. I seem to be having issues going over the sugars. The main reason is I eat Raisin Bran for the high fiber and drink Lactaid 2% milk. That equals 19.5 grams of sugar from the Raisin Bran and 12 grams of sugar from the milk. How should I factor in…
