Problem with Sugars

Hi there,

I have an allotted 64 grams of sugar based on the calculator on MFP. I seem to be having issues going over the sugars. The main reason is I eat Raisin Bran for the high fiber and drink Lactaid 2% milk. That equals 19.5 grams of sugar from the Raisin Bran and 12 grams of sugar from the milk.

How should I factor in milk and fruit sugars vs. refined sugars with this plan?
