The Breakfast Issue

I normally go to bed anywhere from 1a-3a and usually wake up around 11a. Therefore, I'm not eating breakfast. I do wake up and take my Bio Slim shake and then eat about 15 minutes later and I eat like I should the rest of the day. Is this going to be a problem for my weight loss?

No, as long as you stick to your calorie goal it doesn't matter what time you eat.0

I can't see how the clock would have anything to do with weight loss. You should be fine.0

^^^^ This, I work a swing shift, I eat/sleep and workout at different times daily, has not stopped me one bit. Good luck to you0 -
Breakfast can be seen as the first meal of the day, it's not timed and doesn't have to include specific food - it's just breaking the overnight fast.0
