The Breakfast Issue

I normally go to bed anywhere from 1a-3a and usually wake up around 11a. Therefore, I'm not eating breakfast. I do wake up and take my Bio Slim shake and then eat about 15 minutes later and I eat like I should the rest of the day. Is this going to be a problem for my weight loss?

    No, as long as you stick to your calorie goal it doesn't matter what time you eat.

    I can't see how the clock would have anything to do with weight loss. You should be fine.

    ^^^^ This, I work a swing shift, I eat/sleep and workout at different times daily, has not stopped me one bit. Good luck to you

    Breakfast can be seen as the first meal of the day, it's not timed and doesn't have to include specific food - it's just breaking the overnight fast.
