How long will it take?
Hi. I'm a 5"8 woman, who is 128 lbs. I don't mind my weight but I find that my stomach sticks out quite a lot, so I want to tone it up. Overeating
I moved into maintenance 2 weeks ago, but ever since then ive been overeating. its like when i eat more, i tend to want to eat more ythan i should do. im scared im going to be way above what my goal weight was and ill be fat again :(

Hi. I walk 4.5 miles per day (apart from Fridays where I do length swimming for 60 minutes instead) and jog 1-2 miles as well. I try do exercises for 30-60 minutes 4-6 times a week, and it is mostly Jillian Micheal's burn fat boost metabolism cardio circuits and legs/abs exercises. What would my activity level be, lightly active, moderately active or very active?

Hi. I'm almost underweight now, and I still have a really flabby stomach and flabby thighs. I try to do at least 20 jack-knives or crunches a day, and 3 times a week I do a whole ab workout. My net calories are always ate 1100-1200. Why have I still got all this flab?
