What is my exercise level?

I try do exercises for 30-60 minutes 4-6 times a week, and it is mostly Jillian Micheal's burn fat boost metabolism cardio circuits and legs/abs exercises. What would my activity level be, lightly active, moderately active or very active?

  • Depends on what kind of job you do during the day. I work behind a desk and exercise 30-45mins a day I chose the lightly active and it has been working for me.....
