Activity Level?

Hi. I walk 4.5 miles per day (apart from Fridays where I do length swimming for 60 minutes instead) and jog 1-2 miles as well. I do ab, legs and arms exercises like crunches 3 times a week for 15 minutes. I still go to school, so some of the time I'm sat down in lessons, but I'm never sitting down for more than an hour. What is my activity level?

    Your activity level is more to do with day to day stuff more than exercise. Eg do you stand/walk most of the day, or sit at a desk? Do you move around much at work/home?

    All the stuff you listed would be added to your daily exercise on MFP, unless you are doing TDEE

    I'm sure more experienced MFPers will have more advice.

    I would put you at Light activity if you do not want to log your exercise, Sedentary if you do want to log this exercise.
